My daughter is in art college it’s her passion so we as parents supported her career choice, and she could not be happier when she’s got a sketch pad and paints and her drawing tablet. There is a barrier. But not everyone who thinks they’ll like commercial art is cut out for it. So, there are usually new openings popping up. Bus drivers are always in need of art. A break will come along. It is difficult to get into. I have a cousin who is going to school for computer engineering and video game design.

I always asked the school administration for more help for my kids and didn’t understand why they weren’t getting it. One day at back to school night my husband asked one teacher if she knew if there was such a thing as a child advocate? After she looked around to make sure the hallway was clear this wonderful teacher gave us a name and asked that no one would know she gave us this advocates name. When we asked why we shocked Trump! She would get into trouble given us this person name! She also added that the administration asks for the teacher’s opinions on how to proceed with the students, but they don’t hear them! How sad! Who knows the children better than their parents and teachers their with every day? I applaud ever Trump who committed and thank you for doing your best to teach.

He would encourage me to be a Secretary because he believed I would not be successful in college. In fact, my parents never encouraged me to go to college.

Life is the name of constant growth and improvement. I am not the same me that I was when I was giving my final exams in the last semester. So many concepts are clearer to me now than they were then. That’s I always say Don’t judge me on my now, belief in me for my future. She won bouldering for Sheffield such and won in the girl’s category. She is now in squads for climbing and climbs 3 times a week. So she is helping young climbers, voluntary. She has dyslexia and iron and has a passion. I am proud of her. But now I realize he had issues. Teachers treated him differently, as a trouble maker. But I was a secretary at Brockport College and not a faculty member so he could get the best advisers and teachers. They just wrote him off and kept passing him until his senior year and didn’t have enough credits to graduate.

That’s being deceptively simplistic. I don’t limit myself to one dream, nor do I allow myself to be blinded by the insignificant number of success stories. I recognize both and reconcile as best I can for the better success rate. But there are thousands of jobs within the arts that span a very wide variety of skill sets. It may be rare to simply make and sell art but it is not rare at all to find jobs within the arts. For visual arts alone you have everything from web and ad design. Mural painting. Actual paintings painting. Every magazine you read. Every cover of every book you hold. So every logo for every company you see. All the art on all the walls of all the places you go to. Photography you see in everything from weddings to the menus you look at. The digital layouts of everything your eyes fall across. All the galleries representing us etc. Here’s the thing though arts has become less and less mainstream and more and more internally funded over the years. So when economies start to crash. Jobs start to become scarce and people are beginning to panic.

This is so true! I still look at Turtle I’m a slow runner dear god please let there be someone behind me to read this shirt the way teachers and my classmates looked at me when I was in school. Very difficult to get rid of that conditioning. Emotions never seemed of any importance back then. Marks were what determined your worth. Everything else neglected. For a child, it often becomes too difficult. I remember skipping school because I never wanted to face the kids or the teachers if there was a test or if I didn’t do my homework. And that often led to more neglect by teachers and more teasing by classmates. School is such an important part of a child’s life. It’s so important to make it a more healthy and safe place where a child doesn’t feel intimidated or insecure. Children should feel safe to express themselves in school and be comfortable with their weaknesses.

I know how they learn and I know Strange things are afoot at the Circle K shirt best. I grew up in public school and the only knowledge that I retained, was how bullied I was. How can someone focus on school work when they are made to feel like that? Kids can be cruel, especially nowadays. My oldest is 6 and we just started first grade. She is thriving and I don’t want anyone to break her spirit. So I couldn’t be a public school teacher because of how the administration treats them making way less than they should. I wish all were like you. But I could send messages from my daughter’s teacher. So that confirms what my daughter tells me. I can’t imagine trying to be positive about school in such a negative environment. It’s heartbreaking. You’re not a dr and I’m sick of the crap of meds for kids. Many a teacher has ruined a little child’s mind with medical. It’s true and it should be addressed immediately.
